Sarah King

PILATES PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Sarah graduated from the University of Notre Dame and commenced working at Lifecare Point Walter in 2014. She completed the Lifecare Pilates instructor training in 2016. Sarah has also completed training in dry needling techniques and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. 

Sarah is interested in treating all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly neck pain and headaches. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, with a keen interest in school aged children and teenagers. Sarah believes in using Pilates as a method of preventative exercise and as a rehabilitation programme after injury or surgery. She runs tailored Pilates studio sessions on Wednesday and Friday mornings.
